GROVE PARK LAND CO., LLC TO ACQUIRE THE OMAN PROPERTY
BRENTWOOD, TN — July 9th 2018 — Grove Park Land Co., LLC is acquiring the Oman Property, a prime 34-acre residential parcel on Franklin Road in Brentwood, Tennessee backing up to the Turner farm.

The development is currently undergoing a rezoning and plan review by the City of Brentwood City Commission that is expected to take up to nine months to complete. If achieved the zoning will be changed from a mix of R2 and AR to Open Space Residential Development, or OSRD.
The planned development is expected to be gated and includes 21 luxury estates; large lots along the Franklin Road frontage, similar to the product across the street in Fountainhead and Princeton Hills, as well as one-acre estates throughout the rear of the property which backs up to the Turner farmland. Grove Park expects the houses to start at $3 million and go up to over $7 million.
The rezoning and entitlement process may take as long as nine months and finished lots should be ready by August 2019.
